Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

The Platform Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales performance of the ecommerce platform (Shopee). This role drives revenue growth, optimizes marketing efficiency, ensures smooth operations, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver strong business results.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business & Commercial Management

  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Own revenue targets (GMV, Net Sales, Profitability) and drive sustainable growth.
  • Forecast sales performance, demand planning, and promotional calendar planning.
  • Monitor P&L, marketing spend, platform fees, and overall commercial efficiency.

Platform & Campaign Management

  • Plan platform campaigns including Platform Mega Campaigns, Brand Day/ Super Brand Day, Livestream, and Affiliate programs.
  • Secure visibility and campaign placements through Onsite platform packages.
  • Negotiate commercial schemes, platform support packages, and joint business initiatives.
  • Ensure campaign readiness: pricing strategy, stock availability, content optimization, and operational setup.

Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Manage on-platform marketing tools such as Onsite Ads, Vouchers, GWP/ Add-on Deals, CRM, and Membership programs.
  • Monitor key funnel metrics including traffic, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS and CIR.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing on content strategy, KOL/KOC seeding, and campaign planning.

Operations & Store Management

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including product listings, SEO keywords, pricing updates, promotion setup, and assortment planning.
  • Manage inventory planning and coordinate with the Supply Chain (SnOP team) to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure operational excellence including order fulfillment, cancellation rate, return handling.
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and service quality to improve customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team to handle customer complaints, including exceptional cases requiring special offers or resolutions beyond standard frameworks.  

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze business performance, campaign results, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
  • Build weekly/monthly dashboards and business reports for management review.
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance gaps and propose corrective action plans.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce performance team.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Buyer teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in e-commerce/retail, beauty & personal care.
  • Experienced with ads and affiliate marketing.
  • Have the energy, enthusiasm and experience to lead and work side by side with multi-level teams.
  • Strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving, skills and business acumen.
  • A proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internally and externally).
  • Excellent communication skills and people management capacity, able to build rapport and earn trust.
