Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

Drive sustainable wholesale growth for the beauty device portfolio while protecting premium brand positioning, pricing integrity, and margin performance. Own sell-through performance, partner development, and channel health.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue & Channel Growth

  • Deliver wholesale sales targets.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans (JBP).
  • Expand and manage key retail & distributor partners.

Commercial & Pricing Control

  • Negotiate trading terms (discount, rebate, promotion, payment).
  • Protect pricing integrity and prevent price erosion.
  • Ensure margin targets per SKU and per account.

Sell-Through & In-Store Execution

  • Drive sell-through, not only sell-in.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and product visibility.
  • Coordinate product training to improve retail conversion.

Demand & Risk Management

  • Align forecast and stock allocation with planning.
  • Monitor inventory aging and sell-through gaps.
  • Control AR and payment discipline.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in Wholesale / Key Account (Beauty, Electronics, Premium Devices preferred).
  • Strong experience with high ASP products.
  • Proven negotiation and account management capability.
  • Strong commercial acumen with margin awareness.
  • Data-driven, strong Excel skills.
