Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving and scaling the IPL business of Halio – the #1 IPL beauty device brand in Vietnam. We are looking for a leader who can own the business end-to-end: from strategy and commercial growth to product, marketing, and go-to-market execution. This role goes beyond operations — it’s about shaping the future of Halio’s IPL category, strengthening its market leadership, and unlocking the next phase of growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Brand, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Tech to ensure Halio continues to set the benchmark in the IPL space.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Strategy & Communication Ownership
- Develop and execute the annual brand strategy and communication roadmap.
- Own messaging pillars, campaign priorities, and monthly brand plans.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all channels.
2. 360° Campaigns & Product Launches
- Lead go-to-market strategy for launches and major campaigns.
- Build clear selling stories, creator briefs, and launch toolkits.
- Ensure every launch drives both social impact and commercial results.
3. Social, KOL & Influencer Ecosystem
- Oversee social content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and DTC.
- Lead KOL, seeding, influencer, affiliate, and endorsement alignment.
- Ensure content is culturally relevant, trend-driven, and conversion-focused.
4. Commercial Performance & Reporting
- Monitor key KPIs: revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion, engagement.
- Translate data into clear strategic actions and growth initiatives.
- Work closely with Paid, E-commerce, and Sales teams to optimise performance.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Innovation
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, E-commerce, and Operations for seamless execution.
- Bring innovative, social-first ideas to strengthen category leadership.
- Leverage AI and smart workflows to scale brand impact efficiently
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for beauty.
- Highly skilled in AI tools for strategic thinking, analysis and content generation.
- 5–8+ years in brand marketing, beauty, social commerce, or high-growth DTC environments.
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s digital and social landscape (especially TikTok & social commerce).
- Commercially savvy: comfortable working with revenue targets and performance metrics.
- Experienced in managing creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Highly creative yet analytical.
- Proactive, agile, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
