Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

Role Description

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with strong creative execution skills to own Halio’s performance assets across paid media, CRM, and DTC.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will be responsible for turning insights into assets and assets into revenue. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and execution-oriented, comfortable working fast without agency support, and motivated by measurable impact.
Your scope will entail the brand Halio.
1. Performance Content Creation at Scale & Optimization

  • Own the creation, adaptation, and optimization of performance-driven assets across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Email, Website, and Amazon.
  • Produce and repurpose short-form video and static content with strong hands-on skills (editing, pacing, hooks, motion, typography, color). Analyze winning creatives and replicate learnings.
  • Develop weekly ad creatives based on performance insights and structured testing.
  • Turn reviews, UGC, and product features into high-converting ad assets.
  • Coordinate creators/influencers and internal design resources when needed.
  • Conduct competitive research using tools such as Foreplay, Meta Ad Library, and market benchmarks.
  • Maintain a Creative Tracker, ensure proper asset tagging, and document learnings.

2. Performance Analysis & Creative Strategy

  • Continuously analyze performance marketing data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement, conversions) to identify what works and what doesn’t. 
  • Use best practice insights, data, pop culture moments, platform algorithm and consumer trends, and competitive benchmarking to shape creative direction, messaging, and testing plans, turning data into clear creative recommendations.
  • Understand brand personas and customer journeys to ensure all content aligns with strategy and resonates across every stage of the funnel.
  • Oversee asset deployment and performance, ensuring all content goes live as planned; track results (e.g., Shopify orders, conversion data) to confirm the right audiences are reached and converting.
  • Present new ideas and creative concepts proactively for review and approval by the Brand Director.

3. CRM & Retention (Revenue Ownership)

  • Own the weekly CRM execution: briefing, building, segmentation, QA, reporting.
  • Maintain and optimize core Klaviyo flows (welcome, cart, checkout, post-purchase, review, win-back).
  • Own & create the daily and monthly CRM calendar and revenue contribution.
  • Work with Customer Service and Product teams to integrate customer feedback into CRM.
  • Manage list hygiene, segmentation, and lead-generation initiatives (pop-ups, giveaways, landing pages).

4. DTC Onsite Marketing

  • Improve conversion rate (CVR), AOV, and overall shopping experience.
  • Update homepage, landing pages, collections, and PDPs on a weekly basis.
  • Execute onsite campaigns for launches, promotions, and key moments.
  • Optimize merchandising (cross-sell, upsell, product ranking).
  • Maintain site hygiene (links, assets, outdated content).
  • Ensure alignment between onsite messaging, paid media, and CRM.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand, Performance, and Art teams to align creative output with marketing goals and campaign calendars and proactively handle the tasks with ownership and authority.
  • Manage and brief freelancers or agencies when additional production support is needed.

II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1–2 years of experience as a performance content creator for a brand. Having experience in performance marketing in creative agency or a D2C brand is a plus 
  • Proven portfolio of ads/content that show measurable impact on performance
  • Working knowledge of performance metrics (i.e. ROAS, GMV, CTR, CPA), with deep understanding of social media platforms, channel algorithms, and audience expectations
  • Hands-on creative skills: video editing, graphic design, motion, UGC-style content, with tools-usage affluence & AI skills (as many as possible :smile: )
  • Deep understanding of US pop culture, digital trends, and hooks that resonate
  • Fluent in English with a creative tone of voice is a must!
  • Experience and passion in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories is a plus-must!
  • Clear communicator who shares progress, challenges, and timelines proactively
