Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

Role Description
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations & Full-stack Specialist to manage and optimize daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, account health, and cross-functional coordination.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Order & Fulfillment Operations

  • Monitor daily order flow across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
  • Track fulfillment status, SLAs, cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and platform fulfillment systems
  • Resolve delayed, missing, or exception orders
  • Generate order health reports

2. Inventory & Capacity Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and restock alerts
  • Manage FBA, FBM, and FBT capacity
  • Coordinate replenishment with S&OP and logistics teams
  • Ensure inventory sync accuracy across platforms

3. Account Health & Compliance

  • Monitor Amazon and TikTok Shop account health
  • Handle chargeback cases and disputes
  • Communicate with platform support teams on escalations

4. Listing & Storefront Management

  • Maintain product listings and pricing accuracy
  • Review listing compliance and suppressed products
  • Support storefront updates and promotions

5. Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, PPC, and marketing teams
  • Support new product launches operationally

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
  • Reconcile orders, refunds, and shipping costs
  • Propose SOP, SLA, and automation improvements
II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2–4 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
  • Experience working with 3PL and fulfillment partners
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-have:

  • TikTok Shop experience
  • Chargeback management tools (e.g. NoFraud)
  • Experience improving SOPs and dashboards
