Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

We are scaling a premium beauty device brand globally through DTC. The Senior DTC Growth Lead will own the full DTC growth engine — acquisition, conversion, retention, and blended CAC discipline — to build predictable and profitable international revenue. This is a revenue leadership role, not just media buying.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquisition & Paid Growth
  • Own Meta, TikTok, Google growth strategy
  • Manage media buyers / agencies
  • Optimize blended CAC and MER
  • Develop scalable evergreen growth angles
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
  • Improve site conversion rate and AOV
  • Optimize landing pages and PDP performance
  • Test offer structures and bundles (with Commercial Finance)
Retention & LTV Expansion
  • Grow email/SMS revenue contribution
  • Improve repeat purchase rate
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategy
Performance Discipline
  • Weekly reporting on CAC, LTV, MER
  • Budget allocation by marginal ROI
  • Align creative roadmap with Brand team
KPIs
  • Blended CAC
  • MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)
  • LTV/CAC ratio
  • DTC revenue growth %
  • Email/SMS % of revenue
  • Site conversion rate

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6–12 years scaling DTC brands ($10M+ preferred)
  • Strong paid + retention balance
  • Data-driven and commercially disciplined
  • Comfortable operating in lean, fast-growth environment
