Line report: Tiktokshop Key Account Manager

Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the eCommerce marketing strategy and calendar, aligning with projected sales goals.
  • Drive traffic and conversions through various marketing channels, including but not limited to TikTok ads, paid search (SEM/SEO), affiliate marketing, social media (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), and re-targeting campaigns.
  • Oversee the Ecommerce marketing budget, managing expenses and achieving financial objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the eCommerce team and other departments to achieve overall marketing objectives.
  • Research, implement, and optimize new technologies and marketing strategies to improve website performance (UX) and campaign effectiveness (ROI).
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns, promotions, and landing pages to maximize conversions and sales.
  • Collaborate with the design team to enhance user experience (UX).
  • Ensure all marketing plans and materials align with brand guidelines and instructions provided by the Product team.
  • Develop and execute compelling content and visual assets for all marketing channels (Tiktok, Lazada)
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
  • Actively participate in marketing meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year of experience in eCommerce platforms, specifically Tiktokshop.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in TikTok advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of live streaming, social platforms, emerging trends, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
