Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for affordable luxury brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

The Ecommerce Marketing Solution Executive will oversee the daily operations of online sales channels, manage marketing activities, and ensure seamless integration between commercial strategies and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving online sales growth, optimizing marketing campaigns, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead on planning and execution of E-commerce marketing activities for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiki):
    - Cooperate closely with all teams (such as Account, Design, Commercial...) to develop a well-prepared marketing plan fulfilling the team’s expectations.

    - Execute and monitor ad campaigns on search engines, affiliates, CPAS,..daily/weekly/ monthly basis.
    - Analyze relevant metrics (marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic ...) to evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign and create reports for the Platform Manager & to develop future marketing plans and campaigns.
  2. Establish and intensify relationships with typical E-commerce platforms:
    - Coordinate with the commercial team to align and develop intended marketing activities for each platform.
    - Work closely with the PIC (BD/ KAM) of each E-commerce platform (Tiki, Shopee) to register Partnership Packages and execute all activities for registered packages.
    - Manage ad campaigns/ package performance closely to achieve target/ KPI for all campaigns.
  3. Conduct study/ research (from digital advertising, marketing initiatives, package performance, etc.) to always improve performance of all campaigns in order to maximize company’s investment efficiency.
  4. Write weekly/ monthly reports to the Manager.
  5. Take other job responsibilities as assigned from the Company.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 year relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/ or ideally E-commerce.
  • Experience in developing holistic campaign plans to meet clear KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Proven track record in online sales or marketing campaign management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
