ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Intern to support the launch and daily execution of Halio on Shopee Singapore, covering campaign preparation, product listing checks, pricing, bundles, vouchers, and storefront updates, while coordinating with internal and external teams
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the launch and daily execution of Halio on Shopee Singapore, including campaign preparation, product listing checks, pricing, bundles, vouchers, and storefront updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including livestream, design, operations, KOC/KOL, affiliate, and agency partners to ensure all launch tasks are completed on time.
- Follow up with the design team on campaign banners, product visuals, bundle assets, livestream covers, and other Shopee creative materials.
- Support livestream preparation, including product briefing, key selling points, demo flow, promotion mechanics, and post-livestream performance tracking.
- Assist in KOC/KOL coordination, including creator list updates, sample tracking, briefing materials, posting timeline follow-up, and content link collection.
- Work with the operations team to monitor stock availability, SKU readiness, sample delivery, bundle setup, and campaign-related operational issues.
- Update campaign trackers and prepare simple reports on sales performance, livestream results, KOC/KOL activities, best-selling SKUs, and key learnings.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to brand launching, campaign execution, Shopee operations, and cross-functional coordination.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English communication skills, especially in writing messages, briefs, summaries, and follow-up emails.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up multiple tasks at the same time. - Good organizational skills, especially in managing trackers, timelines, files, and campaign checklists.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Google Drive,
- Willing to learn about Shopee operations, livestream selling, campaign execution, and KOC/KOL management.
- Basic understanding of social media content, beauty content, or product selling points is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent campaign deadlines.
- Responsible, careful, proactive, and willing to ask questions when tasks are unclear.
