ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Key Account & Channel Development Executive to drive commercial growth and retail expansion for Lixibox and its portfolio of beauty and wellness brands.
This role is responsible for managing strategic retail accounts, expanding nationwide distribution, developing retail partnerships, and delivering strong commercial performance across offline channels.
You will work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Retail Partners to execute growth initiatives, improve retail productivity, and bring innovative products to more consumers across Vietnam.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Account Management
  • Manage relationships with strategic retail chains, beauty retailers, pharmacies, specialty stores, and distribution partners.
  • Develop joint business plans and growth initiatives with key accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure smooth execution with retail partners.
  • Build long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth and mutual success.
Channel Expansion & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new retail partnerships and distribution opportunities nationwide.
  • Expand product presence across modern trade, beauty retail, pharmacies, specialty stores, and emerging channels.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective retail accounts.
  • Support onboarding and launch execution for new retail partners.
  • Continuously evaluate market opportunities and competitive developments.
Commercial Performance
  • Deliver sales, distribution, and commercial targets across assigned accounts and channels.
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-through, stock availability, and account productivity.
  • Analyze account performance and recommend actions to accelerate growth.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and business reviews.
  • Ensure commercial activities are aligned with overall company objectives.
Retail Education & Activation
  • Conduct product training and brand education programs for retailers, distributors, store staff, and beauty advisors.
  • Ensure retail partners understand product benefits, brand positioning, and key selling points.
  • Work with Marketing teams to execute retail activations, product launches, workshops, and consumer engagement programs.
  • Support retailer events, roadshows, and partnership initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and sales conversion.
  • Collect retailer and consumer feedback to support future product and commercial improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to support product innovation and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects that contribute to channel growth and nationwide expansion.
II. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Trade Marketing, Retail Operations, or Commercial roles.
  • Experience working with retail chains, pharmacies, beauty retailers, distributors, or consumer goods accounts.
  • Beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience opening new accounts and expanding distribution networks is a strong advantage.
Skills
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-through capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with sales data, forecasts, and business reports.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
