About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about premium brands, understands modern consumers, and loves creating amazing shopping experiences.
You will own the customer experience across Lixibox.com and work closely with our retail team to ensure a seamless online and offline journey.
This role is perfect for someone who has studied or worked overseas, understands premium consumer behavior, and enjoys combining creativity with data.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the shopping experience on Lixibox.com.
- Plan exciting product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Create memorable Gift With Purchase (GWP) and customer experiences.
- Manage CRM programs including email, SMS, Zalo and loyalty.
- Improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Work with Brand, Creative, Operations and Tech teams to bring ideas to life.
- Analyze customer data and turn insights into better experiences.
- Stay on top of beauty, wellness and longevity trends around the world.
- Use AI tools to work smarter and make better decisions.
- Has 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, marketing or customer experience.
- Understands premium beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury or lifestyle consumers.
- Has excellent communication and project management skills.
- Thinks like both a marketer and a customer.
- Loves creating thoughtful customer experiences.
- Is comfortable working with data and CRM.
- Is curious, proactive and enjoys learning new things.
- Uses AI tools naturally in daily work.
- Speaks fluent Vietnamese and professional English.
- International education or overseas work experience is a strong plus.
- More customers coming back to shop.
- Strong product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- A premium shopping experience that customers remember and recommend.
- Continuous improvements based on customer insights and data.
