About the Role

The E-commerce/Retail Operation Executive keeps fulfillment and stock accurate across Lixibox.com and retail store touchpoints, bridging online orders with in-store execution.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate order fulfillment between Lixibox.com and retail stores, including click-and-collect and ship-from-store orders.
• Monitor stock levels and POS system accuracy across retail store locations daily.
• Support store staff with operational SOPs, restocking, and inventory reconciliation.
• Track order fulfillment SLA (processing time, delivery time) across e-commerce and retail channels.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain/Product Operations on stock allocation between web and retail ahead of campaigns.
• Report weekly on fulfillment performance and stock discrepancies to the CRM & E-commerce Manager.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or store operations.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple locations

• Curious about AI and new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools quickly.
• Able to identify repetitive work and propose automation opportunities.
• Uses AI to improve productivity, decision quality, and execution speed.
• Open to experimenting, measuring results, and continuously improving workflows.

• Actively incorporates AI into daily work.
• Contributes ideas to improve AI workflows and automation.
• Works effectively with AI assistants while applying sound business judgment.
