About the Role

This role manages senior-level, cross-platform key account relationships with Shopee and TikTok Shop, supporting the channel KAMs on escalated or strategic platform negotiations.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage senior-level relationships with Shopee and TikTok Shop key account/platform representatives at the account management tier.
• Negotiate top-tier commercial terms (visibility packages, campaign co-funding, exclusive placements) across platforms.
• Support the Shopee VN, Shopee SG, and TikTok Shop teams in escalated platform negotiations.
• Track platform-level relationship health across all Marketplace channels and escalate at-risk issues to the Marketplace Manager.
• Represent the Marketplace department in quarterly platform business reviews with Shopee/TikTok leadership

• 3-5 years of experience in key account management or marketplace partnerships, ideally with platform-facing experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills at a senior/strategic level.
• Beauty/FMCG e-commerce experience preferred.

• Curious about AI and new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools quickly.
• Able to identify repetitive work and propose automation opportunities.
• Uses AI to improve productivity, decision quality, and execution speed.
• Open to experimenting, measuring results, and continuously improving workflows.

• Actively incorporates AI into daily work.
• Contributes ideas to improve AI workflows and automation.
• Works effectively with AI assistants while applying sound business judgment.
• Helps build scalable, efficient operating processes rather than relying on manual execution.
