Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
Role Description
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations & Full-stack Specialist to manage and optimize daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, account health, and cross-functional coordination.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Order & Fulfillment Operations
- Monitor daily order flow across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
- Track fulfillment status, SLAs, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and platform fulfillment systems
- Resolve delayed, missing, or exception orders
- Generate order health reports
2. Inventory & Capacity Management
- Monitor inventory levels and restock alerts
- Manage FBA, FBM, and FBT capacity
- Coordinate replenishment with S&OP and logistics teams
- Ensure inventory sync accuracy across platforms
3. Account Health & Compliance
- Monitor Amazon and TikTok Shop account health
- Handle chargeback cases and disputes
- Communicate with platform support teams on escalations
4. Listing & Storefront Management
- Maintain product listings and pricing accuracy
- Review listing compliance and suppressed products
- Support storefront updates and promotions
5. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Customer Service teams
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, PPC, and marketing teams
- Support new product launches operationally
4. Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Reconcile orders, refunds, and shipping costs
- Propose SOP, SLA, and automation improvements
- 2–4 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
- Experience working with 3PL and fulfillment partners
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- TikTok Shop experience
- Chargeback management tools (e.g. NoFraud)
- Experience improving SOPs and dashboards
