ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Growth Executive to help accelerate the growth of our international business, with a primary focus on Amazon U.S. and key digital commerce channels.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, performance marketing, or digital growth who wants broader exposure to international markets and business operations.
You will work closely with Brand, Marketplace, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition, optimize conversion, and identify new growth opportunities across the U.S., Canada, and Southeast Asia.
This is more than a campaign execution role. You‘ll be expected to think commercially, solve business problems, and contribute directly to the growth of our brands.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Amazon & Marketplace Growth
- Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, keyword rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support listing optimization initiatives to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Work closely with Marketplace Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory readiness and commercial execution.
E-commerce Performance Marketing
- Execute and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROAS to maximize growth efficiency.
- Continuously improve conversion performance through testing, audience optimization, creative learning, and landing page improvements.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CAC, CPA, ROAS, customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business and performance reports for stakeholders.
CRM & Customer Retention
- Support email, SMS, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Execute segmentation, automation, and A/B testing programs to improve retention and customer engagement.
- Partner with Brand and Customer Experience teams to enhance customer lifetime value.
Growth Projects & Innovation
- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for new growth initiatives, market expansion opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Support cross-functional projects related to international business growth.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Experience with at least one major acquisition platform such as Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through digital channels.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM platforms, email marketing, or customer retention programs is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to U.S. or international markets is preferred but not required.

- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Good understanding of e-commerce economics, digital acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
