Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
We are a $30M+ beauty device leader in Vietnam expanding selectively into two new Southeast Asia markets.
The Director of Revenue Operations will own the SEA revenue execution engine — ensuring disciplined marketplace performance in Vietnam while building a scalable launch model for two new SEA markets.
This role replaces traditional S&OP and trade marketing layers. It requires a strong operator who understands marketplaces deeply and can drive revenue growth with margin discipline.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own execution across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Wholesale & Retail (VN)
- Improve channel productivity and campaign execution
- Align stock readiness with launch calendar
- Drive revenue growth with healthy contribution margin
- Eliminate siloed marketplace operations
- Lead go-to-market planning and marketplace setup
- Define assortment and pricing (in partnership with Commercial Finance)
- Develop 90-day validation roadmap
- Recommend direct vs distributor structure
- Establish break-even and scaling milestones
- Translate brand campaigns into executable channel plans
- Ensure inventory alignment before campaign activation
- Run weekly revenue review cadence
- Conduct post-campaign performance analysis
- Reduce inventory aging and operational friction

II. REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal Profile
- 8–15 years in ecommerce / marketplace leadership
- Strong experience across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop in SEA
- Has launched new SEA markets successfully
- P&L ownership mindset
- Highly structured, execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in fast-growth, founder-led environment
- Vietnam revenue grows with improved margin discipline
- 2 SEA markets successfully validated
- Repeatable SEA expansion playbook established
- Founder no longer involved in day-to-day marketplace escalation
