Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for affordable luxury brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate sales-driven content for promotion campaigns & products across digital channels: Facebook, Tiktok,…
• Utilize content & edit video on Capcut.
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
• Track and report weekly on content performance to optimize content.
• Support Manager in delivering agreed activities.
• Stay up-to-date with beauty and digital marketing trends.
• Content Creation & TikTok Channel Development: Create content and build TikTok channels with specific follower and interaction targets.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• From 01 - 02 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, especially sales-driven content;
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing, with CapCut skills being a must.
• Candidates must submit a portfolio, particularly showcasing TikTok videos with over 20k views.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in beauty, fashion, and jewelry content creation.
• In-depth knowledge in skincare, makeup, beauty products is a high plus;
• Understanding online advertising and performance metrics is recommended;
• Good verbal, communication, and writing skills;
• High attention to details and follow-through;
• Ability to work under tight deadline & pressure;
• Adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn.
