Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

We’re seeking experienced and talented Marketing Media Ads Executive to Execute branding and marketing campaigns for new products.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ad Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies for targeting audiences, budget allocation, and channel selection across platforms like Facebook, Google, Shopee search ads, etc., with objectives including views, messages, engagement, and conversions.
  • Set up and launch ad campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign performance.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports.

2. Budget & Performance Data Management:

  • Oversee, update, analyze, and report on marketing budgets, expenses, and P&L for each new initiative.
  • Collaborate with product marketing leads/specialists to evaluate each campaign using key metrics such as views, engagement, and keyword search performance.

3. Additional Tasks:

  • Perform additional tasks as required by the Line Manager.

 

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 02 years experience in marketing. Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and technologies;
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on social commerce.
  • In-depth knowledge of live streaming, social platforms and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creativity and a strong understanding of visual content creation.
