Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you‘ll be the frontline of the Lixibox customer experience. Your job is to deliver timely, thoughtful, and high-quality support that reflects our brand values and builds customer loyalty.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Affiliate (70%)
- TikTok Affiliate Program Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop affiliate program to ensure smooth execution and growth.
- Affiliate Vetting & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new TikTok affiliates who align with brand essence
- Quality Assurance: Act as the guardian of brand quality on the platform. Provide clear guidance to ensure all creator content is high-quality, on-brand, and meets our standards for both branding and sales effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the affiliate program, tracking both sales-driven metrics (GMV) and brand-building metrics (e.g., views, engagement).
- Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for our affiliate partners, building strong relationships and providing them with the necessary support, samples, and assets to succeed.
2. Influencer & Content Performance Support (30%):
- Influencer Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying potential influencers, supporting outreach, and tracking deliverables.
- External Management: Support the team by managing the performance of freelance produced content to control timeline & deliverables.
- Market Research: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and emerging trends within the TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketing spaces in the US to propose creative angles.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing
- A strong appetites of the US social media landscape, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for emerging marketing trends
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing principles and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English, and the ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned copy to talk with creators & customers
- A resilient mindset with a passion for visual story-telling
- Social media savvy, with basic understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, social commerce, and current trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
