Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Team Leader to lead and scale our full-funnel digital marketing efforts. This role will oversee the strategy and execution across all key digital channels—paid media, SEO, social, content, web, email/CRM, and analytics—to drive brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid of strategist and operator: highly analytical, creatively minded, and experienced in building and managing high-performing teams and integrated campaigns across a dynamic digital landscape.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end order health: coordinate with TikTok Shop, Amazon FBA teams to ensure all order flows (including cancellation, returns, refunds, etc.) are resolved within SLA.
- Resolve fulfillment exceptions (e.g., unlinked cancellations, inventory syncing failures) in coordination with Ops support team and escalate systemic blockers for tech fixes.
- Maintain channel compliance and proactively address violations, listing errors, or payment issues.
- Responsible for all listing optimizations, sales strategy, pricing, Subscribe & Save—ensuring Buy Box uptime and zero suppressed/stranded ASINs.
- Build and execute the annual promotion calendar (Prime Day, BFCM, Mother’s Day, etc.); set event revenue targets for the Ads PIC and Content & Affiliate PIC, and guarantee every submission deadline is hit.
- Design and iterate customer‑review playbooks (Request‑a‑Review, Amazon Vine, TikTok Review Booster); personally handle escalated negative feedback to keep ratings ≥ 4.0 and grow reviews month‑over‑month.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in e‑commerce or marketplace operation management, including 2+ years owning entire brand for Ecommerce platform or another major international marketplace.
- Demonstrated success scaling a beauty or consumer‑goods brand.
- Hands‑on expertise with Amazon Seller Central (Reports, Brand Analytics, A/B testing), Helium 10 (keyword research, profitability), and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Proven track record planning and executing large‑scale events (Prime Day, BFCM) with strict submission deadlines.
