Line report: Platform Manager (Shopee)

Support the end-to-end management of Shopee Global Selling stores across Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.). This role focuses on account operations, sales performance tracking, marketing coordination, and smooth fulfillment processes.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification

• Conduct thorough market research to understand global industry trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet customer needs in target international regions.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and achieve growth targets in international markets.

Partnership Development:

• Build and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with foreign clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Sales & Deal Negotiation: 

• Lead the entire sales process for new cross-border opportunities, from initial contact and strategy development to presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing complex international deals. 

Collaboration:

•  Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure strategies are aligned and solutions are seamlessly delivered to international clients. 

Market Entry:

• Drive initiatives to introduce new products or services into foreign markets and secure international brand awareness. 

Cross-Cultural Competence: 

• Navigate diverse cultural environments and adapt business strategies and communication for effective engagement with international counterparts

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in E-commerce / Account management / Operations.
• Good understanding of online sales and e-commerce processes.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• English proficiency to work with regional teams.
• Experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Global Selling is preferred.
