Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily tracking and summarizing reports on the implementation of product pricing policies across online sales channels (Lixibox website, e-commerce platforms, etc.).
- Support the execution of shopper activation and in-store shopper engagement activities, including:
- Preparing materials, gifts, and activation tools.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely campaign operations.
- Assist in monitoring and updating the performance of ongoing promotional programs, giveaways, and special offers.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Trade Marketing team as needed.
- Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 4th-year university student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship period.
- Preferably able to work full-time or at least 4 days/week.
