Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with inventory planning and monitoring to ensure timely processing and
  delivery of orders.
• Participate in demand forecasting and data analysis to improve supply chain
  efficiency.
• Help in preparing purchase orders and tracking the status of orders to ensure
  timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information in
  procurement systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
