We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to manage our international brand presence across social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest. This role is all about creating and curating content that builds a distinct brand voice, leveraging strong storytelling, creative copywriting, and visual excellence. You’ll not only own the content calendar but also track how our brand resonates with audiences in our international market.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1. Content Creation & Management
- Plan, manage, and execute the social media content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest with full funnel approach and channel-tailored content;
- Develop creative assets in collaboration with designers, videographers, and agencies;
- Craft compelling copy, taglines, scripts, and naming ideas aligned with brand calendar and communication strategy;
- Repurpose and optimize content for platform-specific audiences and formats (short-form first).
1.2. Brand advocacy
- Drive short-form storytelling that highlights the brand’s personality and values;
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across all channels;
- Experiment with creative angles with different sub-communities to stay ahead of international market (US-based focus);
1.3. Community Building & Co-Creation
- Build and nurture an engaged brand community on social media through suitable branding initiatives to drive interaction and brand endorsement
- Create interactive formats (lives, Q&As, polls, podcasts, mini-shows) that spark two-way conversations
- Leverage the community for feedback, product co-creation, and early innovation testing
- Identify opportunities to make the community the first to hear about news, launches, and brand stories
1.4. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze brand success metrics (reach, engagement, share of voice, sentiment, follower growth)
- Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights on brand performance
- Monitor competitors and global best practices to bring fresh inspiration
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital storytelling
- Strong visualization and creative writing skills in English is a must (copy, taglines, scripts)
- A strong appetite and familiarity of the US social media landscape, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for emerging marketing trends (with real experience in US is a bonus!!!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English, and the ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned social posts
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); creative tone of voice is a must
- A resilient mindset with a passion for visual story-telling
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
