Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate sales-driven content for promotion campaigns & products across digital channels: Facebook, TikTok,…
• Utilize content & edit video on Capcut;
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns;
• Track and report weekly on content performance to optimize content;
• Support Manager in delivering agreed activities;
• Stay up-to-date with beauty and digital marketing trends;
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• From 01 - 02 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, especially sales-driven content;
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, beauty products is a high plus;
• Understanding online advertising and performance metrics is recommended;
• Good verbal, communication, and writing skills;
• High attention to detail and follow-through;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines & pressure;
• Adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn.
