ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Growth Executive to help grow our brands across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and future marketplace channels in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
This role is responsible for driving marketplace performance, supporting product launches, building strong relationships with platform teams, and identifying opportunities that accelerate business growth.
You will work closely with platform Key Account Managers and internal teams across Revenue, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure our brands are well-positioned to win across key marketplace channels.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the growth of brands across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and future marketplace channels.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial planning activities.
- Analyze marketplace performance and recommend actions to improve business results.
- Track category trends, competitor activities, and platform developments.
- Build strong working relationships with platform Key Account Managers.
- Support Joint Business Planning discussions and growth initiatives with marketplace partners.
- Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, category programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to unlock additional visibility, resources, and support from platform partners.
- Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the launch of new products across marketplace channels.
- Coordinate campaign calendars, promotional plans, and marketplace participation.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing teams to ensure strong execution during key commercial moments.
- Support seasonal campaigns, hero product launches, and platform-led events.
- Monitor campaign performance and capture key learnings for future improvements.
- Support marketplace initiatives in emerging Southeast Asia markets.
- Conduct competitor reviews, category analysis, and market research.
- Assist with launch preparation and expansion projects as the business grows regionally.
- Contribute ideas and learnings that can be applied across multiple markets.
- Prepare marketplace performance reports and business reviews.
- Translate marketplace data into actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and sales growth.
- Support business planning with insights drawn from marketplace performance and market trends.
- Work closely with Revenue, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Ensure marketplace initiatives are aligned with inventory planning, launch priorities, and commercial objectives.
- Share customer feedback, category insights, and market intelligence with internal teams.
- Support strategic projects that contribute to marketplace growth and regional expansion.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Commercial Planning, Growth Marketing, Key Account, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplace platforms.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Experience supporting platform campaigns, category initiatives, or marketplace growth activities is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working with marketplace dashboards, reports, and business data.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
