Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing professional to lead the successful launch and promotion of new products in the health & beauty category.
You will create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive sales — with the opportunity to lead full campaigns during the probation period to demonstrate leadership and execution excellence.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ideate and produce content directly: scripts for TikTok/Reels, livestreams, events, and campaign moments.
- Build and own the content calendar and content strategy across digital channels (social, email, website).
- Take part hands-on in product photography and beauty shoots — from concept and mood boards to on-set direction.
- Work closely with designers and the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Edit copy and visuals for each platform, keeping brand voice consistent while adapting tone to the channel.
- Develop and execute launch strategies for new products: pre-launch hype, social engagement, PR, and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate to refine product positioning and messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Take ownership of at least one campaign during the probation period, from planning to execution — your chance to demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership.
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly communication strategy across the full funnel, segmented by touchpoint (earned, owned, paid) and content type.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new launches and existing product updates.
- Create sales-supporting materials: presentations, brochures, website content, sales collateral.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, turning data into insights that sharpen the content and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs to amplify campaign reach.
- Plan detailed seeding strategies for product launches.
- Work with agencies to review and manage the quality of seeding content.
- Handle communication crises calmly and strategically.
- Research customer insights, competitor activity, and the latest beauty trends — and turn that research into real content ideas.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to spot opportunities to improve content and campaigns.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance & Accounting, etc.).
- Help build a collaborative, creative team culture.
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs and campaign performance.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry or related fields
- Proficient in applying AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Creativity, trend sensitivity, and understanding social media, consumer behavior in the beauty category.
- Strong passion for health and beauty innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead projects, execute with high quality and attention to detail, while prioritizing tasks effectively and performing well under pressure.
- Data-driven mindset with a result-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
