ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Regional Brand Manager to lead Halio's brand growth across Southeast Asia.

This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving consumer demand, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing impactful marketing campaigns that support sustainable growth across the region.

You will work closely with Revenue, In-house Marketing agency, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure strong alignment between brand strategies and commercial execution.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building brands, launching products, understanding consumers, and turning insights into impactful marketing programs.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and thrives in a fast-moving environment where speed, creativity, and ownership matter.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans for Singapore and key Southeast Asia markets.
  • Define market-specific growth priorities while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Adapt brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies to local market needs and consumer behavior.
  • Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive advantages to strengthen brand performance.
  • Build scalable brand playbooks that support future expansion across SEA.

Product Marketing & Launch Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution across SEA markets.
  • Develop launch strategies, product messaging, campaign toolkits, and training materials.
  • Create compelling consumer-facing stories that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Partner with Product Development teams to provide market feedback and support future product innovation.
  • Monitor launch performance and optimize plans based on consumer and commercial insights.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned.
  • Develop campaign briefs and work closely with the in-house Marketing Agency to deliver high-quality creative and content.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all campaigns are locally relevant while maintaining strong brand consistency across markets.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Own the SEA consumer insight agenda through market research, social listening, customer feedback, and trend analysis.
  • Develop deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial beauty consumers across Southeast Asia.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand strategy, product development, and campaign planning.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities across key markets.

Creator, Community & Partnership Development

  • Develop local creator and influencer strategies tailored to each SEA market.
  • Build relationships with creators, communities, media partners, retailers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Support local activations, collaborations, and brand-building initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Revenue, In-house Marketing agency, Product Development, Operations and Finance teams.
  • Align brand initiatives with business priorities and launch calendars.
  • Ensure marketing investments support commercial objectives and channel growth.
  • Present brand plans, campaign results, consumer insights, and recommendations to leadership teams.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Marketing Executive.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, creators, and vendors.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
II. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or Regional Marketing roles.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, lifestyle, premium consumer goods, or beauty-tech brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience launching products, managing campaigns, and building brands in Southeast Asia.
  • Experience working across multiple SEA markets is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with agencies, creators, distributors, retailers, or marketplace ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience is highly valued.

  • Strong brand strategy and consumer understanding.
