Line report: Head of MKT & Customer Happiness

Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to  reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We  focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house  technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the  end consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, KOCs;
• Use different channels to optimize campaign‘s reach and success;
• Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices;
• Support PR team other activities such as: Creating new contracts, saving libraries from KOL resources, ...
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year student or graduated in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field;
• Passion for the PR industry, have a basic knowledge about social media (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
• Interested in cosmetic products and beauty trends;
• Willing-to-learn and can-do attitude;
• Creative thinking and having passion in Content is preferred.
