Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Metrics that matter for Performance Marketing at Lixibox: CIR, ROAS, CAC. Specifically, your responsibilities will consist of:
*Planning (30%)
- Identify digital touch points for products or Lixibox platforms, and set an effective channel strategy
- Create monthly plan including channels, ads objective, budget, target audience, and KPI to deliver successful promotional & new launches campaigns
- Work closely with the Content, Campaign, Buyer, Creative, Business team to come up with the right Creative assets for the right audience
*Execution (40%)
- Manage and run performance campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok,…) to drive sales, and new customers,...and ensure healthy ROAS.
- Define and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Identify campaign structure to scale up budget effectively
- Be in charge of technical issues on the ads platforms, tracking tools and work with the Tech team to troubleshoot.
- Work directly with Account Managers from ads platforms to stay on top of Ads updates
*Reporting (30%)
- Report daily, weekly & monthly to capture performance marketing efforts, make recommendations and execute to ensure KPI is on track.
- Explore reporting or optimization tools to save time and drive performance.
*Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years experience in performance marketing. Experience in e-commerce and gaming super app is a plus
- Solid knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Facebook Conversion API, Facebook Offline Event,....)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Spreadsheet is a must. Knowing SQL, Google Data Studio or any visualization tool is appreciated. We need a person who eat, sleep and breathe data, always curious to dig deeper to find insights and apply to work.
