Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project & Tech Product Management

  • Own the full project lifecycle for internal tech solutions: scope → roadmap → delivery → adoption.
  • Gather business requirements from Ops (Warehouse, CS, Finance, Buyer…), convert into clear specs/user stories, and prioritize a feature backlog.
  • Coordinate with Product/Tech (or vendors) on solution design, sprint planning, QA/UAT, release, and post-launch support.
  • Drive system integrations (e.g., e-commerce platform ↔ OMS/WMS/CRM ↔ 3PL/couriers) to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Define success metrics for each release (accuracy, speed, cost, CSAT) and run A/B or pilot rollouts.
  • Champion process automation (inventory sync, order routing, SLA alerts, returns workflows, CS macros/bots).

2. Operations Management (Warehouse, CS, SOP)

  • Warehouse & Fulfillment: Oversee inbound/outbound, inventory accuracy, pick-pack-ship quality, and last-mile SLAs; optimize layout, staffing, and cost.
  • Customer Service: Set standards (TAT, FCR, CSAT/NPS), supervise escalations, and build knowledge base/templates to scale quality.
  • SOP & Compliance: Build, document, and maintain SOPs across Ops; conduct audits and training; ensure consistency and readiness for scale.
  • Performance & Cost: Track KPIs (fulfillment rate, on-time ship, inventory accuracy, cancellation/return rates, logistics cost/order) and drive continuous improvement.

3. Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Align priorities with leadership; run regular steering updates and risk/issue logs.
  • Lead change management (training plans, adoption playbooks, comms) for any new system/process.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Beauty/Skincare.
  • Proven track record in warehouse/logistics management, customer service operations, and SOP development.
  • Experience in project management or working closely with tech/product teams on system development.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
