Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
We are looking for a Marketplace Manager (Multi-Platform) to own and scale our performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing commercial efficiency, and unlocking new opportunities across both marketplaces and social commerce. You will work at the intersection of strategy, performance, and operations to deliver impactful business results.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business & Commercial Management
- Develop and execute multi-platform growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Own and drive revenue targets across platforms (GMV, Net Sales, Profitability)
- Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and platform-specific promotional calendars
- Monitor and optimize P&L, marketing spend, platform fees, and overall commercial efficiency across channels
- Identify growth opportunities by platform and allocate resources effectively
2. Platform & Campaign Management
- Lead planning and execution of campaigns across platforms, including:
- Mega Campaigns (Double Day, Super Brand Day, etc.)
- Livestream and Affiliate programs (especially for TikTok Shop)
- Work closely with platform representatives to:
- Secure visibility and campaign placements
- Negotiate commercial schemes, support packages, and joint initiatives
- Ensure campaign readiness across platforms:
- Pricing strategy
- Stock availability
- Content optimization
- Operational setup tailored to each platform
3. Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Manage platform-specific marketing tools such as:
- Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads & Affiliate ecosystem
- Vouchers, bundles, CRM, and membership programs
- Monitor and optimize key funnel metrics:
- Traffic, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, CIR
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams on:
- Content strategy
- KOL/KOC and affiliate seeding
- Platform-specific growth initiatives (especially TikTok content-driven commerce)
4. Operations & Store Management
- Oversee daily operations across all platforms, including:
- Product listings, SEO keywords, pricing updates, promotion setup
- Assortment planning by platform
- Lead inventory planning and coordinate with Supply Chain (SnOP team)
- Ensure operational excellence:
- Order fulfillment
- Cancellation and return rate management
- Monitor customer experience:
- Ratings, reviews, and service quality
- Coordinate with Customer Service team to handle escalations and complex cases
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze platform performance, campaign results, and customer behavior across channels
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly business reviews
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommend optimization plans
6. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams:
- Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Buyers
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across platforms

- GMV / Net Revenue
- Gross Margin, %Gift
- Marketing CIR / ROAS
- Conversion Rate, Traffic, AOV
- Campaign effectiveness (by platform)
- Order fulfillment & operational metrics
II. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce/retail (Beauty & Personal Care is a plus)
- Hands-on experience managing at least 2 major platforms (e.g., Shopee + TikTok Shop or Lazada) with proven data achievements in.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and campaign performance
