About the Role

You will be Halio‘s hands-on marketing activities in Singapore. You will run our local social channels, adapt content from Vietnam and the US into English and Chinese, manage KOL and barter creators end-to-end, and keep our sales campaigns and ads supplied with fresh, high-quality assets. You report directly to the Brand Manager (Halio SEA) based in Ho Chi Minh City.

I. SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Social Media Management (Halio Singapore)

• Own the day-to-day management of Halio SG social channels (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Meta).
• Plan and post content on schedule, keep a consistent brand voice, and reply to comments/DMs.
• Track basic channel metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report monthly.

2. Content Adaptation (VN/US to EN + ZH)

• Adapt existing Vietnam and US content (captions, scripts, visuals) into native-standard English and Chinese for the Singapore audience.
• Localize tone, slang, and cultural references so content feels natural to SG consumers, not translated.

3. KOL Video Re-editing

• Re-edit Singapore KOL videos into channel-ready formats (cut-downs, subtitles, hooks, CTAs).
• Confident with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and AI tools (script, voice, image, video generation) to speed up production.

4. Sales Support Content

• Produce content packages for sales campaigns (mega sales, launch promos, livestream support): captions, short videos, deal messaging.
• Work to campaign timelines set by the HCMC team

5. KOL Booking & Barter Creator Management

• Manage booked KOLs and barter (gifted) creators end-to-end: brief, follow up on content, check content against brand guidelines before posting, coordinate product shipping, and track posting status.
• Maintain a simple tracker of creators, deliverables, deadlines, and results.

6. Performance Marketing Asset Support

• Update and deliver marketing assets (images, videos, copy) for the performance ads team.
• Follow up on ads status and flag when assets need refresh based on performance feedback.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Vietnamese national currently based in Singapore.
• Trilingual: fluent Vietnamese, professional English, and professional Chinese (written adaptation is a must).
• Able to edit videos independently and proficient in AI tools for content production.
• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram content culture in Singapore.
• Organized and reliable: can manage multiple creators, deadlines, and shipping logistics without close supervision.
• Comfortable working remotely with a team based in Vietnam (async updates, weekly check-ins).

• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools quickly.
• Able to identify repetitive work and propose automation opportunities.
• Uses AI to improve productivity, decision quality, and execution speed.

V. WORKING TERMS

• Engagement: Freelance / part-time contract, scope reviewed monthly.
• Location: Singapore (remote).
• Compensation: Competitive, based on scope and experience — proposed as monthly retainer
