Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

Purpose And Mission: Lead and drive international sales growth for our products on Amazon and Tiktokshop by developing and executing strategic plans tailored to global markets. The role aims to expand our market presence, enhance customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and cross-functional collaboration

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Global Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Amazon and Tiktokshop in international markets.
  • Enhance product listings with A+ content, manage pricing, promotion and design region-specific promotions.
  • Lead efforts to enter and grow in new international markets while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

2. Market and Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Perform in-depth market research to understand global consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume and conversion rates, and generate detailed performance reports.
  • Utilize sales data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and refine sales tactics.

3. Customer and Relationship Management:

  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction on Amazon and Tiktokshop.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers and partners.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific international markets to drive sales.

4. Collaboration with Internal Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to align and execute sales strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 3+ years in sales, including 1+ years in international e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in sales, strong market knowledge, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with platform sales such as Amazon, Tiktokshop, and sales analytics tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt strategies for diverse international markets
