Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
The Ideal Candidate: You will act as a strategic HR partner to the Board of Directors, leading end-to-end HR operations at Lixibox. Your scope includes senior-level talent acquisition, C&B management, HRBP activities (organization design, KPI, talent development), and team leadership. You will ensure HR data accuracy, provide reports to management and investors, and drive projects that align HR with business goals.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. HR Service:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Directly handle the recruitment process for Senior-level positions and above.
- Develop and execute Employer Branding campaigns and projects to attract top talent.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in payroll calculation, approval, and address any issues related to compensation and benefits policies.
- Review, propose revisions, and update compensation & benefits processes and policies to align with the company‘s business needs.
- Administration
- Manage HR and administrative expenses.
- Oversee the utilization of the Base.vn system for HR operations and ensure data accuracy.
2. HR Business Partner (HRBP):
- Design competency frameworks and performance metrics (KPIs) for various positions.
- Participate in developing and evaluating organizational charts and department structures.
- Collaborate with department heads/leaders to assess workforce needs and develop talent development plans aligned with the company‘s direction.
- Provide consultation and support to the Board of Directors in making HR-related decisions.
3. Report & Management
- Manage, train, monitor, and guide the development of HR team members.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and forecasts to the Board of Directors.
- Manage, archive, and report HR data and metrics.
- Address investor inquiries related to HR matters.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Generalist, at a multinational retailer of a company size of more than 200 headcounts.
- Good at Labour Code, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law, and other related Regulations.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Human Resources Management/Administration or a relevant major.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to take responsibility and use initiative.
