Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the procurement and distribution of office supplies and company equipment/assets.
  • Monitor and supervise office cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Arrange, schedule, and organize company events and internal activities.
  • Receive and manage incoming and outgoing company mail and documents.
  • Manage and update the daily number of meal portions; monitor quality and coordinate improvements to employee meals.
  • Maintain the Admin petty cash fund for handling ad-hoc office expenses.
  • Implement and monitor the maintenance and use of office equipment and infrastructure, including computers, desks, chairs, printers, and other team working equipment.
  • Handle payment procedures for vendors/suppliers.
  • Manage and take responsibility for administrative matters related to the building and facilities, including air conditioning systems, elevators, janitorial services, company vehicles and drivers, fire prevention and fighting (PCCC), building electricity and water, drinking water, phone expenses, and employee welfare items (snacks, coffee, ice, tea, instant noodles, badminton activities, parking fees, etc.).
  • Handle purchasing and printing requests to support company activities, ensuring compliance with company regulations from request intake, price comparison, quality verification, approval process, receiving goods, to inspection.
  • Perform other tasks as reasonably assigned by Company management.
  • Submit payment requests related to the CEO’s expenses (fuel, vehicle maintenance and repairs, vehicle insurance, business meals/entertainment).
  • Arrange flight tickets, visas, and hotel bookings for employees during business trips.
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks arising at the office when required

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience or internship in an Admin position or equivalent role is preferred.
  • Hard-working, careful, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel.
  • Basic English communication skills.
