We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the end-to-end digital growth strategy across all DTC brands and all online channels, oversee full digital budgets, and manage the performance and eCommerce teams. This role owns revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, media performance, and digital brand experience across Lixibox.com and its brands
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategize and lead digital growth across all DTC & ad driven channels, managing budgets, forecasting, and ROI across paid media, CRM, and CX funnels; align with cross-departmental leadership.
- Direct full P&L and revenue for DTC e-commerce sites, optimizing CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and conversion rates; perform weekly performance reviews for continuous improvement.
- Curate a digital commercial calendar, spearhead product launches, campaigns, and pricing strategies while managing product assortment and inventory across DTC platforms.
- Own end-to-end e-commerce site experience, including UX/UI design, and drive a CRO roadmap with A/B testing and checkout optimization to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and additional channels, defining comprehensive media and audience strategies with robust measurement and agency collaboration.
- Oversee CRM and retention strategies to grow the customer database, increase loyalty and repeat purchases, and maximize customer lifetime value through targeted personalization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless digital operations and synchronization between Tech, Ops, Customer Experience, and Brand teams for holistic growth and performance steering.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce; at least 3 years leading a digital growth team.
- Proven experience scaling DTC/Shopify businesses (beauty, FMCG, lifestyle preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing paid media, CRM, analytics, and CRO.
- Strong command with tools: GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta & Google Ads, TikTok Ads, BI dashboards.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with deep understanding of attribution and growth levers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; experience in US or global DTC markets is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
