Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
This role is responsible for managing the entire digital marketing budget, driving the holistic strategic development, implementation and tracking of all digital marketing campaigns and full funnel of customer engagement, brand awareness, conversion, and retention through data-driven and creatively led digital strategies. The role focuses on:
- Plan and set up a full funnel digital marketing budget that is directly accountable for all online Revenue KPIs. Optimize overall daily ad efficiency and ROI across marketing assets, digital campaigns, and performance advertising, while strengthening brand presence and foster growth across assigned regions and focus groups.
- Develop, propose, implement and scale Lixibox.com revenue channel with a clear brand vision, mission, and positioning aligned with business objectives..
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Propose periodically digital marketing budget and initiatives with a clear calendar and breakdown bottom up plans, aligning with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives.
- Plan and execute all paid and organic digital marketing plan, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measure all localized adapted digital marketing initiatives and brand growth via but not limited to number of customer acquisition, brand awareness, conversion and retention with clear examples and via impactful data structure.
- From total digital marketing budget and strategy, identify and implement direct business strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve revenue, profit, and growth of Lixibox.com with actionable initiatives by clearly defining channel objectives. Ensure financial discipline, cost efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
- Oversees sales, marketing, customer engagement, and customer retention strategies to drive growth and customer loyalty to ensure a holistic CRM program for Lixibox.com
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Generate and periodically report insights and analytics on growth opportunities at the level of stakeholders.
- Manage and build a high-performance team rooted in accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
