Line report: Finance Manager
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Reconcile revenue, inventory, and fulfillment status across retail, e-commerce platforms, Marketplace and partner channels.
- Perform monthly accruals for operating expenses and ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal deadlines.
- Support the breakdown and review of Balance Sheet accounts, and propose corrective actions if discrepancies are identified.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and update financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review.
- Support budget preparation and perform variance analysis between actual results vs. forecast.
- Assist in building financial models and conducting cost analysis for new projects and initiatives.
- Provide insights into cost control, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement.
3. Compliance & Internal Control
- Support monthly budget control by checking reasonableness and efficiency against the approved budget.
- Support in drafting and updating SOPs to standardize end-to-end processes for full P&L protection.
- Propose process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal control.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance/Audit
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
