Line report: Senior E-Commerce Key Account Manager
Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage an integrated campaign calendar based on brand & partners activities, especially peak season of E-Commerce: platform birthday, 11.11, 12.12, Tet holiday.
- Conceptualizing and developing interesting and relevant campaigns to execute specific strategic directions.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce business, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Digital, E-Merchandising, Creative, Finance, OPS) – as well as external partners (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc.) to deliver best-in-class E-commerce campaign, consumer experience, and business results/ KPIs from planning to execution.
- Liaise with the related team (Commercial, Data, CS) to provide campaign performance insights, evaluation and suggest key learnings to share with brands & partners.
- Monitor E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives, and market best practices
Partnership Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate, execute and monitor Partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered by both Lixibox and its partners.
- Proactively initiate and coordinate with partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, identifying and meeting business opportunities.
- Deal with all partners to ensure the best financial scheme and increase the brand coverage.
- Proactive in suggesting any methods and campaigns to push sales revenues and increase shopper engagement with the site.
- Working closely with internal teams to plan, develop and execute value mechanisms that generate sales revenue.
Operation Management:
- Proceed contract & payment;
- Manage commercial & gift budget;
- Work closely with operation team (logistics, warehouse) to maintain inventory, stock in trade for supplying & demanding of E-commerce;
- Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Agency, Retail, Business Management, Consulting or relevant…
- From 01 - 02 years of experience with Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Marketing Executive (Advertising/Digital Agency…). Solid understanding of Retail/Omni-channel business in FMCG, Health, Beauty, Fashion ….
- Background experience in E-Commerce is a priority.
