Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to drive significant growth for Lixibox.com and our social media sales channels. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven digital marketing expert with a passion for e-commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase website traffic, enhance digital performance, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
I. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Traffic: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and drive traffic to lixibox.com and our social media platforms.
- Digital Performance Optimization: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and personalize customer interactions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
II. Requirements:
- Proven track record in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, preferred in beauty industry
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
