Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

The Director of Operations is responsible for the operational engine that makes selling work across all companies and all markets.

You will stabilize current US/global operations while building a scalable operating blueprint that enables Lixibox to launch additional brands and markets with speed, discipline, and minimal incremental headcount. You'll ensure end to end operation works to support sales and launching in all markets.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketplace Operations & Back Office Execution

Own the day-to-day operational health of all global selling channels, including:

• Amazon Seller Central (FBA/AWD): inventory availability, stranded/suppressed fixes, account health, deal and coupon execution
• TikTok Shop (FBT): catalog readiness, voucher/promo setup, platform operations and escalations
• Shopify (DTC): inventory sync, promotion execution, pricing updates, checkout readiness
• Future-ready playbooks for Shopee/Lazada expansion

2. Inventory Planning & Demand Governance (Next-Gen S&OP Owner)

Own international inventory lifecycle management end-to-end:

• Forecast demand by channel and region, including online, offline retails and wholesale channels
• Govern replenishment, allocation, and stock positioning across warehouses
• Optimize Days of Supply Coverage, OOS and transfer flows to support the Cash Conversion Cycle optimization.
• Prevent stock-outs on hero SKUs while controlling overstock and cash risk

3. Pricing & Promotion Operating System

Own global pricing integrity and promotion execution:

• Implement platform promotions, vouchers, bundles, and discount mechanics accurately and on schedule
• Ensure all promotions are margin-safe, inventory-backed, and ROI tracked
• Coordinate pricing governance across all DTC, online, offline and marketplaces like: Shopee + Amazon + TikTok + Shopify simultaneously

4. Global Fulfillment, Logistics & 3PL Performance

Own operational performance across international supply chain partners:

• Manage 3PL warehouses across Vietnam/US/China and other markets.
• Enforce SLAs for fulfillment speed, accuracy, packaging, and reconciliation
• Oversee inbound freight, customs clearance, lead time control, and cost negotiation

5. Customer Experience & Operational Root Cause Closure

Work closely with Customer Service to reduce delivery and fulfillment-related issues:

• Standardize workflows for refunds, chargebacks, missing packages
• Use CS feedback loops to improve warehouse processes and carrier selection

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• 8–12+ years in global e-commerce operations, growth ops, or marketplace execution
• Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon FBA/AWD, TikTok Shop ops, and Shopify multi-region operations
• Proven ability to own inventory planning, promotion execution, and operational discipline end-to-end
• Operator-builder mindset: replaces fragmented roles with one scalable operating machine
• Highly structured, metrics-driven, comfortable owning the “back office of revenue”
