Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our Marketing team. This role will support the execution of performance-driven digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive online conversions

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising channels to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Coordinate and maintain content across digital platforms including social media, website, email marketing, etc.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Work closely with Content, Design, and other teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
• Stay updated with digital trends and contribute creative ideas to improve campaign outcomes.
• Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience working with brands or agencies in FMCG, Beauty is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
