Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.

We are looking for a Cosmetics Buyer to strengthen our product sourcing and supplier management activities. This role will be responsible for sourcing high-quality cosmetics products through OEM/ODM models, negotiating competitive pricing, and working closely with international partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and source skincare and cosmetic products aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end OEM/ODM process: supplier selection, sample testing, price negotiation, and production follow-up.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Evaluate product quality, compliance, and certifications to ensure market readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales) to launch new products effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and raw material costs to support sourcing decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or buying (cosmetics or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of OEM/ODM manufacturing models.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) to work with international partners.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
