I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’re looking for a creative and culturally attuned content creator to handle ideating, capturing, editing, revising, and delivering social-first content across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate is a strong asset owner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow — welcoming input and creative collaboration along the way. You’ll also be our go-to person for spotting the assets that sell, not just tell, being creative for engaging content but also having analytical thinking to achieve business objectives and channel needs.

Social-first experience: 

  • Must understand the content funnel, different creative needs, performance goals, and production processes between paid and organic content.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, understand channel algorithms, know platform-specific formats, user behaviors, and performance best practices to deliver the needed assets.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, insights and adapt content strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals.
  • Data-driven creativity: you can turn performance insights into actionable creative decisions!

End-to-end execution:

  • Collaborate with the Brand team, Performance team, Art team or to ideate, concept and execute social-first assets (static, short-form video, motion graphics) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and email marketing.
  • Develop scroll-stopping content that drives performance metrics, including graphic design and short-form video, while maintaining strong pacing, music, motion, color tone, typographics, etc. and alignment with brand visual identity.
  • Recommend and test new formats, angles and creative ideas inspired by good case practices, cultural moments, platform trends, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail: follow brand guidelines, campaign strategy and asset briefs precisely, prepare assets in advance, and ensure deliverables meet technical specs, platform-specific formats, user behaviors, performance best practices, and timeline.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a content creator for a brand. Having experience in performance marketing in creative agency or a D2C brand is a plus
  • Strong portfolio of ads/content that show measurable impact on performance
  • Working knowledge of performance metrics (i.e. ROAS, GMV, CTR, CPA), with deep understanding of social media platforms, channel algorithms, and audience expectations
  • Hands-on creative skills: video editing, graphic design, motion, UGC-style content, with tools-usage affluence & AI skills (as many as possible :smile: )
  • Deep understanding of US pop culture, digital trends, and hooks that resonate
  • Fluent in English with a creative tone of voice is a must!
  • Experience and passion in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories is a plus-must!
  • Clear communicator who shares progress, challenges, and timelines proactively
