Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
The candidate will focus on drive data-driven commercial decision making by analyzing revenue, pricing, promotion effectiveness, and inventory performance across all channels.
This role supports leadership by turning data into clear recommendations that improve revenue growth and protect margins.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Performance Analysis
- Monitor revenue and margin performance across channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Wholesale, Website)
- Identify growth opportunities and margin risks
- Build channel profitability analysis
Pricing & Promotion Strategy
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI
- Analyze discount depth and pricing compliance
- Provide recommendations on pricing adjustments
Inventory & Demand Insights
- Monitor inventory coverage and sell-through
- Identify slow-moving or high-risk stock
- Support forecasting for key campaigns
Business Reporting & Dashboards
- Build commercial dashboards and reports
- Deliver weekly insights for leadership review
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
Atlas Data System Integration
- Work with the internal Atlas data system
- Validate automated data outputs
- Improve decision-making models over time
Key KPIs
- Margin protection across channels
- Promotion ROI improvement
- Inventory turnover optimization
- Quality of decision insights delivered
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business/Financial Analysis
- Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, Trade, or Operations teams
- Exposure to FMCG, Retail, Beauty, DTC, or E-commerce is a strong advantage
Core Capabilities (Must-have)
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Solid understanding of unit economics (GM, contribution margin, trade impact)
- Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Business-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally
Nice-to-have (Can be developed)
- Understanding of trade mechanics (discounts, bundles, markdown)
- Exposure to inventory planning or working capital management
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Experience with ERP, BI tools, or automation initiatives
