Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All-in-one PIC for content marketing & new product launching;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch / relaunch / revamp the new products effectively;
- Prepare and present proposals alongside Buyer team, Direct Manager to secure CEO approval on strategic direction, branding, and unique selling propositions for new brands and products;
- Support Revenue team by providing guidance on creative assets, advertising strategies, product display, product online visibility optimization;
- Foster close collaboration with Social, Creative, and PR teams to raise product awareness and leverage commercial media assets for effective conversion advertising;
- Utilize Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Membership, and Customer Service (CS) channels to enhance traffic, elevate buyer experience, and solicit buyer reviews for new brands and products;
- Ensure smooth implementation of brand guidelines and strategies;
- KPI: Product awareness, user engagement, product traffic, sold items;
- Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to product launches, requiring strong content marketing background, adept coordination across various departments to drive successful outcomes and meet established performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Marketing or Business with at least 04 years relevant experience;
- Experience in product marketing management, e.g.: marketing, retail, sales, training, and public relations;
- Beauty marketing experience within in-depth consumer insight and latest beauty trends;
- Meticulous, highly organized, independent, logical thinking, and able to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to align, influence, and build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders. Clear achievement is a must;
- Knowledge content, copyright, new product launching experience, logic thinking, media ads experience, project management is a must;
- Good communication skills and excellent in both written and oral English is a plus.
