Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Owned Channels (Social Media, Email & Website)

  • Support in planning, executing & scheduling content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
  • Adapt and repurpose content from campaigns to serve the communication goals
  • Assist in basic copywriting for captions, newsletters, product pages, etc.
  • Work with external teams to produce contents (videos, graphics) to serve the communication goals & content calendar
  • Help monitor engagement and collect insights for content improvement
  • Produce in-house content with image creation and video editing skills for daily post on social media

2. Earned Channels (Affiliate, PR, Influencer & Organic Mentions)

  • Help coordinate content usage from influencers and creators
  • Track and archive earned content mentions (e.g., creator videos, reviews, reposts)
  • In charge of seeding tactics, customer engagement and other PR campaigns to create brand voice
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.
  • Market Research: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and emerging trends within the TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketing spaces in the US to propose creative angles.

3. Paid Channels (Paid Affiliate, Ads, Sponsored Content)

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of our affiliate program to ensure smooth execution and growth.
  • Working with external teams in preparing content assets (texts, visuals, video snippets) for ad usage
  • Track content performance and help collect creatives that convert

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on influencer marketing, social media and digital marketing
  • A strong appetites of the US social media landscape, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for emerging marketing trends
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing principles and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English, and the ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned copy to talk with creators & customers
  • A resilient mindset with a passion for visual story-telling
  • Social media savvy, with basic understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, social commerce, and current trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
  • English Skills and experience living abroad
  • AI Skills: Claude, Canva, Image/ Video Generation
  • Social Media Experience
  • Infleuncer/KOL booking experience
