Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business teams to understand objectives, KPIs, and performance drivers, translating them into analytical requirements and actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau…)
- Conduct data analysis to identify key trends, business opportunities, and performance issues
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance, customer experience, and overall business results
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems
- Communicate findings in a clear, visual, and impactful way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously improve metrics tracking, dashboard design, and analytical frameworks to align with business needs
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist
- Ability to present or demonstrate previous data analysis or BI projects that showcase analytical and visualization skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
- Experience with at least one BI tool (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Understanding of eCommerce business logic, such as sales funnels, customer journey, and marketing performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Critical and creative thinking — able to question assumptions and explore new angles
- Willingness to learn new tools, take on challenges, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, with a can-do attitude
