Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. KOL Management (≈70%)
- Research, identify, and build a network of suitable KOLs/KOCs across multiple digital platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Threads, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs/KOCs/Agencies for campaign collaborations and seeding activities.
- Manage the end-to-end process — from scouting and shortlisting KOLs to contacting, sending product samples, providing creative briefs, reviewing content, and ensuring timeline alignment.
- Coordinate content approval processes and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track, collect, and analyze performance data (views, engagement, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign reports.
2. Content & Social Execution (≈30%)
- Support the execution of social content across platforms (Facebook, TikTok).
- Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedule and timely updates.
- Monitor social trends, community feedback, and competitor activities to identify new ideas for content optimization.
- Support the Marketing Manager on ad-hoc requests or other brand marketing activities when needed.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- 6–12 months of experience in marketing execution or KOL/influencer management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills — comfortable working with external partners and internal creative teams.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of data tracking and reporting (views, engagement rates, conversions) is a plus.
